Information to pass along:

Agency requesting response

Phone number, name of caller, scene comamder

Exact location of collision scene including street, closest house number, major crossroad

Type of collision, including number of vehicles, pedestrians, motorcycle, police cruiser

Hold scene secure until Reconstruction Team arrives. Do not move vehicles from scene if at all possible.
